Cannot Create a Manual Backup

    I am unable to create a manual backup. When I click Backup Now the web page goes opaque grey and I can’t click Backup Now on the modal dialog.

    Hi,

    There seems to be a conflict between UpdraftPlus and other plugins you are using.

    Can you please try to temporarily deactivate all other plugins and see if you get the same issue?

    Hello. I am having the same problem after the latest update. Every time I try to do a manual backup the screen goes opaque gray and I can’t click on anything. Thanks.

    The error happened immediately after updating to Version: 1.16.46. No other plugins were updated.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the late reply.

    We’ve recently released a new update. Can you test?
    Also, if you have caching/minifying plugins installed please clear cache.

    Sorry for delay, I don’t log on often. Still grayed out when trying to backup but I believe other users have narrowed it down to the Meks Flexible Shortcodes plugin (which wasn’t updated, just started happening for users with that plugin installed, after the 2-month ago Updraft update. Unable to test yet for disabling Meks without breaking my site; will need to carve out some time to do so.
