Cannot create a New User

Hello Robin!

It would be useful to know if it is a single site or a multisite, and if you’re an administrator or a super admin. Only Administrators of single site installations can create new users. I don’t see the add_option error in the log you’ve just shared and there’s a few different things (including errors) coming from some plugins. Would you please try this? Deactivate all plugins, switch to one of the default themes, and try to create an user with your admin role. Then, share the log of that particular process if you still can’t create an user so I can be of more help ??

I understand. In order to help you I’d need a log belonging to a site where you can repro this issue (the full log with the “Deprecated: add_option…” message you shared). Once you have it, please paste it here so we can try to understand what happens ??
