Cannot create account

    Hello,
    I installed the plugin. I tried to create an account with my Google account but when I try to complete the steps to setup the account, I receive an error message. I tried also to create a new account using another email, but I receive another error message saying the plugin is already attached to another account. Can you please help me to setup the plugin?

    Hi felixlamour! Could you please go the admin page of your WordPress site, then click on the Creative Mail section in the left panel, once there click on Settings, in the page that will open you’ll find a red button with the Unlink text, clicking it should unlink the plugin from any email address.

    Once you’ve done that, you shouldn’t have any issue with signing up.

    Hello,

    thank you. I clicked on the reset button, I tried to create a new account but I still receive the same error message: “`An error has occured. Please try again.”

    Hi felixlamour! We checked our logs regarding this behavior and found that we are having trouble setting up the connection with your WordPress site. Maybe a firewall or security plugin is preventing CreativeMail from interacting with your site, could you please verify this on your site?
