Cannot create Gift Card Product (missing fields)

  • Hi,

    I want to evaluate the YITH plugin for gift cards and installed the free version.
    However, when I create a gift card product, I can only add the card amounts.
    The other fields, as shown in the documentation, such as expiration date, discount, tax fields etc. are not visible.
    Consequently, the. gift card product is not set up correctly (WP gives fatal crash due to the fact that there is nob price associated to the gift card chosen).
    WooCommerce is a standard install, only several payment methods added including PayPal and ApplePay. The shop does work for other products.

    I am using
    – gift card version 2.4.0
    – WooCommerce 6.0.0
    and I am running WP 5.8.2 using WPBakery 6.7.0 with the theme “The Gem” 5.2.1

    any hints what is wrong there?

    Hi there,

    Could you copy us the error code that you get?

    Also, could you try a default WordPress theme and see if the problem persists?

    If it persists, try in addition to the above, leave only WooCommerce and our plugin active.
