Cannot create grids and have them remain

  • I created grids ages ago for the main page, Dance Classics and Top Dance Songs of the Year categories for desktop because they have several sub-categories.

    It seems that the grids I created for these two categories just disappeared. Every time I recreate it (see example of grid on homepage) it won’t save. I always get a pop-up saying the changes won’t be saved unless I publish it, which I already did. Sometimes it takes, other times it does not.

    What I noticed is that even though when it appears to accept the changes, once I log out of WordPress they all disappear.

    I had ignored that pop-up since I don’t really have a need to change anything in Nimble Builder other than to add a saved customized button to each page when I create a new post.

    I did deactivate my caching plugin when working on replacing the grids but that had no affect.

    Is the issue tied to that pop-up I get all the time after I publish or am I no longer allowed to use the features because I have no need to subscribe to the premium version of Nimble?

    Keep in mind, I am a premium subscriber to Customizr but as for Nimble, I set everything up manually long before you offered a premium version and now some of those customizations just disappeared and I can’t get them back. Not really sure what the issue is or maybe it’s just a bug.
