Cannot create job

Using multisite WP 3.6.1

Unfortunately having same issue as above – cannot create a job. Once I press submit, the message “job created” appears but all fields have been reset and no job was created.

I look at jobs or try to run job after setting are ‘saved’ and i get – The HTTP response test get a false http status (404).

I am also having the same problem in a new multisite installation.
On old multi sites (same server, wp 3.8, different domain, I can still create new jobs.

Same here. I network activated 3.1.1 on a new 3.8 multisite but when I went to the network backupwp settings it did not save the job (a clean install so no existing jobs). Also when you checked the “save to folder” option the folder tab didn’t appear. I have wp_debug true but did not see any error messages. I used wireshark and just saw the post with the form data but it got a 302 reply I think.
I downloaded 3.0.13 (thanks Mike for that hint !) and 3.0.13 worked for me straight away.

I’m not new to WP – I have an existing multisite with 6 subsites that I use backupwp and I have single sites too but this is first with wp 3.8/3.1.1 combo.

I have to get a client live so I’ll be using 3.0.13 for now but will retry 3.1.1 on my test bed to see if I can dig deeper.

cannot create jobs, cannot save settings. But no error messages.

When creating a job, job overview stays empty.
No logs are created.

I was able to save my job with the 3.1.2-beta3, but got an error trying to authenticate Dropbox.

I tried to run my job to back up to a folder on my server, my log is showing it got stuck on “1. Trying to make a list of folders to back up …”.

Now I when I go back to my jobs, I get a white screen. All other parts of backwpup are opening normally. I checked my server and no backup file was created.

@massalot: trey to delete the BAckWPup temp folder normely located under uploads.

Thanks Daniel. That gave me access to my jobs again, but once I tried to start another job, it once again got stuck on “Trying to make a list of folders…” and my jobs are inaccessible.
