• I had an order, which fits not in one parcel. So I had to put it into two parcels and tried to create two shipping labels for one order in Woocommerce.

In my German language version, I have a field which asks how many parcels do you have. I selected 2. Than I got tow lines where I can put it parcel number, weight and size. So far all ok and as expected.

When I am pressing “Create Label”, the spinner starts and nothing comes back at all. The labels will not be created nor I am getting the choice to download it. The spinner rotates forever.

I tried to do it at different orders. Always the same.

For me it looks like a bug, because there is also no error message in the debug log.

I am using DHL for Woocommerce Version?2.7.6
I have configured PHP 8 and I am using the WordPress: 5.9

    How to come arround?
    Thanks and best regards
    Dieter

Please update to version 2.8.0 and let us know if you can create multiple labels per order.

However, it does not seem to be possible to create multiple labels per order via multiple processing.

For example, we have some orders where there are two or more items. The order has a total weight of 50kg. The individual weights of the articles are 20kg and 30kg. So, theoretically, 2 labels should be created so that the order can be divided into two labels.

In the order itself you can split it. However, we have maintained the weights in the items and would like to work with multiple processing.

    or iam wrong?

You are right, this is not possible at the moment.
