cannot create new album

I don’t have any clue. Did the plugin work before? If so, what have you changed?

What you can do to find the cause, deactivate one by one your active plugins and try each time to create a new photo album. When the screen does show, the currently deactivated plugin was the cause.

Juts installed this plugin to test it.
Have tried with all other plugins deactivated. still a blank page.

What you can do (and that would be nice) is add the line with define('WP_DEBUG', true); to wp-config.php. Next, try again to add a new photo album, copy the error that probably will be shown and remove the line define('WP_DEBUG', true); from wp-config.php.
