Cannot create new exam (&quiz=0) and settings won't be saved

Hi,
Just installed the latest version (2.7.6), and I can’t create an exam as the quiz id is set to 0? Also, ‘edit quiz’ for the demo one (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=watu_exam&quiz=1&action=edit) does not save the settings for some reason.
