I have two pages so far and only the first one created has permissions, position and the parent page saved correctly. Is this a bug or intentional?

    Hi,

Could you please complete the following steps in order to detect the problem and find its solution:

    1) Activate a default WordPress theme for a while (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty Twenty) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Deactivate all of your plugins except Custom Admin Page and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    4) Contact us back with information about the results.

    Hi all,

I encountered the same issue on my website. I switched to twenty twenty-one theme and deactivated all the plugins excepted the maintenance one (my site is online), without any difference.

The first page appears in the admin menu lateral bar. The second and following can be created and edited, but are not visible. Parameters, as parent, for example, can be edited but are not taken into account.

Curiously, those pages appear in the “Admin Menu Editor” plugin setting screen, but as hidden (with a crossed out eye icon).

    I hope that will help.

    Other information:
    – PHP 7.4

@isadem, How was this problem solved? I’ve deactivated all plugins and switched to the default theme and there was no difference.
