Cannot create tables in database

    I have downloaded and installed the plugin on an ecommerce site and I get the error message that it cannot create the tables in the database and to retry. I click to retry and the screen refreshes but no tables are created in the database. Checkboxes appear as they should everywhere on the site I want them to work but, no emails from the data request page (I created it manually with the shortcode) and unable to process any data requests.
    WordPress latest version, all plugins up to date and theme is Storefront – also latest version.

  • Can you please upgrade to v1.3.3 to see if that fixes the problem?

    If you still don’t receive emails please use a dedicated email service like Sendgrid or Sendinblue or similar.
