Cannot customize

    I am not certain as to the version of WP. It is whatever Siteground installed for me. I downloaded Customizr Pro, installed it and activated the Customizr Pro key. When I go to customize the theme, I get the general settings (border, font, etc.), but the only component that offers a path to customize content is the footer. I went to the documentation and went back to the dashboard to modify the sliders and none of the options in the support were available. I’m certainly not the sharpest knife in the drawer with WP, but have been managing a couple of other WP sites (one .com and one .org) with no problems. What am I doing wrong? Operating system is Windows 8.1

    Hello Joe,
    as premium user could you open a new topic here?
    This forum is focused on the Customizr(free) theme, and as per wp.org forum rules premium products cannot be “supported” here. :/
