Cannot customize goran after activating Jetpack

After installing wordpress site in a self-hosted account, I couldn’t find a ‘site logo’ option when I customize goran theme. Then I install the latest version of Jetpack which is said to have site logo feature, yet, after activating jetpack plugin and connect it to wordpress.com in which I can enjoy the features of wordpress.com, I try to customize the Goran theme to input the ‘site logo’, but this comes out:

Did anyone of you experience this issue before? Your help is deeply appreciated
