Cannot deactivate key

    A former web developer added an Elite key to my plugin, but this is expired now.

    The error message says: “Your licence key for WPForms is invalid. The key no longer exists or the user associated with it has been deleted. Please use another key to continue receiving automatic updates.” I don’t want to use another key, but I also cannot deactivate the key. When I click on deactivate it always says “Sorry, but the key you entered is not valid. Please try again.”

    What can I do?

    It seems that you are using the paid version of WPForms. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms account dashboard when you have a chance?
