Cannot deactivate offline mode anymore

HEY, i used Site Offline plugin since half an year and now i want to go online.
But now i cannot deactivate the site offline mode. I used the deativate radio button in the plugin, i deactivated the plugin itself and i deleted the plugin, but still the offline mode is enabled. Can someone help me ?
