Cannot delete comments

  • I have two comments that í cannot delete, i don′t get the option on delete the comments like i normaly get when i get spam or something else, i even don′t get the check box so i can tick in an delete through the drop down options abow the comments.

    Is that via https://your-wordpress-URL-here/wp-admin/edit-comments.php? It could be a theme or plugin issue, can you also share the link to your site?

    Have you tried:
    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress.
