cannot delete enquiry or individual enquiry reply

  • The bin button doesn’t work,

    also when I check the stick option, it stick the latest reply onto the product enquiry tab, not the one I had replied previously

    please advise

    It sticks only one reply which you have marked for sticking.

    thanks for your reply, but when I continue to reply to the same question the latest reply replace the one I sticked previously, and there is no way for me to shift it back.
