    Hi there!

You’ll want to go to My Site>Manage>Settings>Manage Connection and scroll down until you see the option to Disconnect from WordPress.com.

If, for some reason that doesn’t work for you, what’s the error message you see?

    Hi!

I can’t select the site, I want to delete. But in my WordPress App I see the site. Maybe the site is hidden? How can I show hidden sites?

It doesn’t look like this site is connected to your account anymore. Are you still seeing it in the desktop or mobile app?
Have you tried to log off and log in to the app again?

I logged off and in and there is still the site.. But if there is a complicated problem it is not so important.

What’s the app in question? Mobile or desktop?

    Hi there,

I found the Jetpack connection under your account and was able to disable it for you.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

    Hey @darnelldibbles!

This looks great! Thanks a lot @darnelldibbles and @fresatomica !

    Greetings

@darnelldibbles @fresatomica I am having issue with my site. The Jetpack site connection does not show up in either of the options to remove here: https://wordpress.com/support/disconnect-jetpack-sites/

Is there another way or something I am missing to disable and delete jetpack off my site. It is blocking other plugins I am trying to use.

    Thank you

Hm, in that case, you’ll need to access your server via SFTP or FTP, or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel (consult your hosting provider’s documentation for specifics on these), navigate to /wp-content/plugins/ and delete the whole /jetpack/ directory there.
