Cannot delete Jetpack – it comes back again and again

    I cannot delete Jetpack. I deactivate Jetpack and then delete it and after a few seconds it’s back! I also deleted the Jetpack plugin folder directly on the server and magically it came back after a few seconds.

    What’s going on?

    That’s very odd! Jetpack would not automatically reinstall itself – I would recommend checking with your host to see if perhaps they are auto-previsioning it onto your site.

    Hi @bruceallen,
    I checked with Bluehost and they provision Jetpack with their auto-install. They denied that they auto-reinstall but when I did a manual install of WordPress everything is fine.
