Cannot delete plugin

  • Hello,
    When I work from home on my standard computer I do most of my work on I have no issue with deleting. However, I just worked away from home on a different computer, logged into my website but could not delete a couple of plugins I wanted to delete. The delete function does not work in the media library either when I work on another computer.

    Has anyone any ideas how I can solve this issue?

  • Hi @claus123,

    It’s very weird, because the permissions are linked to the user you’re logged in, not the computer you’re using.

    That means that if you’re using the same username/password in any different computer, you always will be able to do the same things in your dashboard.

    Is your user an Admin of the website? can you check if you’re still have the same role? You can check it in your Dashboard > Users > [Your username]
