Cannot delete plugin

This is an updated review based on help from Flycart tech support.
Sale tags or badges are only available in color green. I found the green difficult to read and product prices in the same color are also difficult to read. Due to the color and readability , I decided to no longer use the plugin.

I deactivated the plugin but tags remain. Deleted plugin, tags remain. Turned off sale feature in WC and tags disappeared. Reinstated sale pricing and tags came back. Deactivated any plugins I thought might conflict. Tags are still there.

I manually began deleting all files associated with Discount rules plugin. This failed to remove the labels. I have to assume some remaining code is still active somewhere causing this to occur.
I contacted Flycart support via email. I was surprised with the timeliness of there reply. Typical of email communication, it was a long process to resolve. Flycart sent me some additional css code to add to my site under Appearance/Customize/Additional CSS. After some minor edits to the code, the badges were gone. Flycart supplied css code to change the color of the badge. I’m wondering if it will work on the color of price text? I may give it a try.

I don’t know how extensive this problem is in the market. Flycart advises they were not able to replicate my issue. So I truly don’t know where the conflict lies. It’s possible another plugin is the cause although my efforts didn’t reflect that.
