Cannot Delete Saved Form Submissions

  • I want to delete form submissions from prior years to reduce the size of my database.

    If I use the delete button next to a submission, a gear wheel appears and just churns with no deletion.

    If I check the box to delete several items, then use the Bulk Delete function, still nothing deletes.

    So at this point I cannot delete either a single, or multiple form submissions.

  • I would also like to delete previous submissions but am unable to. I am having the same problems that are mentioned above. I am using WP 3.8.1 and CCF 5.1.0.3.

    Did you get anyone to help you with this prblem? I deleted the plugin and re-installed it only to see the saved forms still there and bulk delete doesn’t work either.

    I even deleted the content of the plugin directory corresponding to Custom Contact form cpanel, only to be surprised that the “saved” forms were back after the re-install of the plugin!

    I am going to delete the plugin and delete the cache from WP dashboard, just in case they are cached.

    I was never able to delete my entries through the dashboard. I deleted them through database. The entry records are stored in wp_customcontactforms_user_data table. (If you attempt this be sure to back up your database first!)

    I had a lot of entries and I believe that was the root of the problem. Once I emptied the database I have been able to receive submissions and use the Bulk Delete and individual Delete functionality normally.
