Cannot delete selected package

    Hi,

    I am selecting a package to delete, I get a dialog that asks if I am sure I want to delete it, I press OK and nothing happens (the dialog appears greyed out). I am using the latest version of the duplicator plugin.

    The selected package is not exactly valid, i.e. it has the “error processing” label.

    How will I be able to delete the package? I do not mind deleting it using a way other than the Duplicator interface, although I am a noob and I don’t yet know how ?? I thought this bug was resolved about a year ago…

    There was a bug about a year ago on some servers, but it should have been fixed quite a while back. It could be a new issue, possibly a plugin conflict…

    If you want to submit a support ticket for this issue I can have a closer look at your setup. Please provide a link to this thread when submitting the ticket.

    I have the same problem. I can’t delete old packages
    Only works one by one but not selecting more than one
