The link above is the site clone I want to delete:

    https://www.sentiance.com/sentiance-2-0/

    This is the main site:

    https://www.sentiance.com/

I go to the plugin options, click delete, and get this error:

Something went wrong! Internal server error while processing the request! Go to WP Staging > Settings and lower ‘File Copy Limit’ and ‘DB Query Limit’. Also set ‘CPU Load Priority to low.’Than try again. If that does not help, open a support ticket

I tried removing the plugin from the staging site, same error message.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

Please enable the wordpress debug log and send me the log file to support [at] wp-staging.com? https://wp-staging.com/docs/enable-wordpress-debug-log-mode/

I cannot access the cPanel for this site as it is a client’s site I am making updates to.

I only needed to clone it for small changes while the main site was live—now I can’t delete the clone at all.

I’ve lowered all the suggested settings to no avail—I’ve also searched this entire forum for an answer.

I really need to delete this clone as soon as possible.

Is that it? Without cPanel I am stuck with this clone forever? There is no way to get the tool to work then…?

If the uninstall is not working you can use the free plugins available from www.ads-software.com

    – WP File Manager
    and
    -Adminer

The first one allows you to delete the subfolder which contains the staging site
The second plugin allows you to delete all database tables beginning with wpstg_

Beside of that: I highly recommended to get cPanel or at least FTP access from your client for future work and just in case something get wrong.
Example: If one of your changes is causing a fatal error on the customer site you are not able to fix it.

Thanks. I removed the clone using File Manager, and then promptly removed WP Staging. I’ll try it again upon an update.

    Good luck.
