• There is no way to delete a ticket! I click on the check box next to the ticket, but there is no “delete” option. There is actually no option at all.
    There is something really inherently wrong with your application.
    It doesn’t do the following:
    1) no way to delete a ticket
    2) doesn’t send an email to the agent or the user (yes I set up the email notification in settings.
    3) doesn’t update the ticket list. I created a new user from the form – signed in as guest, filled out the form. Did NOT create the user account, even though I enabled that option in settings. The ticket also didn’t show up when I logged in as an administrator (person to see all tickets). Ticket only shows up for the person that created the ticket (if I “registered” an account).

    Lots of bugs – and I’m not able to get my licenses for add-ons that were purchased for WP Support Plus – no one answers the tickets.
    Also ran the Importer plugin – it didn’t import any tickets from WP Support Plus

    Probably don’t answer support tickets on their website because they are using their ticket system which clearly doesn’t work, so they aren’t even getting the tickets.

    #5054. Nothing works –
    1) can’t view tickets as an administrator, only one that I created can be seen.
    2) can’t delete tickets.
    3) cannot change the status of a ticket
