Cannot delete unwanted submissions

    First, ensure that your login did not time-out. Refresh the page, try again.

    Second, switch to the default theme temporarily and try it. This is to see if the theme causing a problem.

    Third, when you click delete, is the URL that it is going (403) to different than the page the delete button is on? (should be the same).
