Cannot Delete User Profile

    My site is https://www.roospotting.com

    I purchased a guided transfer from wordpress.com to www.ads-software.com. In order to do so, the wp admin team created a user profile under wpgt67989 They told me I could delete the profile once my two-week support period ended.

    I cannot delete this profile. I have tried changing it’s role to ‘subscriber’ but it won’t let me.

    There is a link option to delete my original profile when I hover over it, but not for the second support profile that I want to delete.

    Both roles are set to Administrator.

    I’ve tried logging out of the wpgt67989 user name and back in as myself but it keeps defaulting to the wpgt67989 profile- all posts are defaulting to this profile as the author as well.

    Can you please advise?

    where is this profile? on your self-hosted wordpress site or on your wordpress.com site?
