Cannot disable Debug Logging mode

    Hi,

    Running WP 4.9.1 with WP Super Cache 1.5.9 and it seems that when I disable logging under debug mode its back on when I refresh the page.

    Is this a bug under certain circumstances or?

    Can I disable it manually in the DB?

    P.S: I’ve also noticed that the username/password is empty and the file is .txt whereas on another sites I have its .php
