Cannot disable HSTS after update to v4.0

    Hello!

    After updating to v4.0, I can no longer set “Set Strict-Transport-Security (HSTS) to enforce secure connections to the server” to “Off”.

    It always reverted back to “1 year” eventhough I alredy set to “No” (v3.x works just fine)

    Please help fix this issue
