Cannot Disable New User Confirmed Emails

Hi,

Thanks for this free plugin.

I’ve disabled the New User Confirmation email but it is still being sent. I disabled it in WP admin here:

User Verification –> Email Templates –> Emails Templates Settings –> New User Confirmed (second one) –> Enable –> No

Why is it still being sent and how to disable it? Thanks.
