Hello. I have been using the pro version of quiz maker for a while now, and it serves my purposes perfectly. However, there is just one problem. I want to make a competitive quiz that goes on endlessly until you get one question wrong. The questions are short answer questions, and I would like to disable the next button so people can’t just skip questions they don’t know the answer to. However, even when I check the “make questions required” box AND disable the “enable next button” settings, a next button still pops up whenever they type a letter in the box, allowing them to move on to the next question without checking their answer. Is there a way to either force people to check their answer before they click next, or disable the next button entirely and have checking the answer be the way to move on? Is it a glitch that the next button still works when I uncheck the “enable next button” box?

    Dear @thegeorgiabirder,

    Thank you for the topic.

At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have?your mentioned feature available for usage.?Please let me explain how the system works.?

You have disabled the Next button, but, as the question type you are using is a Short text (also in the case of the Text, Number, and Date types), and the user needs to write an answer for it, the system can’t determine when exactly the user has finished writing an answer.
That is why the Next button is being displayed so that once the user finishes, he/she can click and pass on to the next question immediately.?

When you enable the Required option, the system?can differentiate two cases.?
Either it is blank when the Next button is disabled.?
Or, if there is a symbol written, the Next button becomes active.

By the way, thank you for your suggestion.?
All suggestions are welcomed as they are mutually beneficial for all of us.?

We will let you know in case there is any update in this regard in?the future.?
