cannot disable plugin

    Cannot deactivate / disable (French user here not sure it is the right term) the plugin from the extension page. It says disabled but when you refresh the page, the plugin is still there (and its settings too)

    It might be a permission issue. You can delete the plugin from a file manager. Remove it from wp-content/plugins.

    Yes me too, permission no problem, when another plugin still can deaactive?

    Please remove the plugin using FTP and install it back again.
