Cannot display video properly

When the video is added, it is confined to a small rectangular box. Only the middle section of the video can be seen. See attached.

The video is vertical because it was taken using a phone. I have outlined it in red to show the real size.

Second issue is that the video is always placed as the first image position of the product. In the main Shop section, if you click it will play the video. You can’t go to the detailed product page unless one clicks on the product title. Again that video is shown in a small confined rectangular box in the main Shop.
