Cannot download labels on staging site

    Hi there,

    On our staging site (which is password protected) we cannot download any of the shipping labels. Everything works on our live site (which is an exact copy) but for some reason on the staging site it does not. I attach a screen shot showing the files which were not created. https://snipboard.io/sMITgF.jpg

    Do you have any idea if this could be an issue with our hosting? I removed the password protection but still no success. I wonder if the password protection system has somehow cut off communication between plugins and the database.

    I have also sent an email to our hosting company to check with them.

    Don’t worry about replying to this. This must 100% be a server issue so no need to reply. I will wait for hosting to reply.
