Cannot download update

    I have been trying to reach out to support via the contact form on your website, but I have been unable to get in touch with anyone. I am trying to download the most recent version of the Shortcode plugin, but my credentials are not working to login to your site anymore. Can someone please help me? I have not received a response for over a month now.
