From the description of your plugin, it seems like the perfect plugin for me, if I could make a form. But I cannot drag any of the fields over to the right sidebar to create a form. Here’s what’s happening:

When I try to create a form and add the fields, I try to drag them from the list of fields on the left onto the sidebar on the right like it says to do, but as I move the fields towards the sidebar, they seem to be sliding underneath the sidebar as soon as they reach the edge of the sidebar and as I continue to move the mouse to the center of the sidebar there is no more field under the mouse. The field seems to have moved under the sidebar, so it disappears completely once the mouse goes over the sidebar.

Even if I do this with several fields, hoping that some may have made it to the sidebar, when I save the form and try to preview it, it only shows the Submit button, but no fields, it just looks empty (except for the Submit button).

When I test it, it will send an email to the correct email address, but the email only contains the yellow default message, naturally, since the form had no field to put any information in.

I really like your plugin and would like to use it in all my websites.

    What could be wrong?

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hi,

What you described in the second paragraph, is an incompatibility with WordPress 4.* , which we will fix soon. However you can save the form with the “save settings” button on the top right or on the bottom left of the page; then when you reload the page, the drop-down settings already on the right area will not “slide under” the next field.

To reload the preview tab, you have to click on the “save settings” button.

Can you try and let me know if this works? If it doesn’t, maybe there is some incompatibility with other plugins, so I would like to know what plugins you have activated.

Thanks! It was a conflict with another plugin: “Page Expiration Robot”. I deactivated it and I was able to drag the fields, then once the fields were in place, I was able to activate Page Expiration Robot and they both work without interference. Thanks again for your quick reply.

I love this plugin – thanks a million for making it! I am going to give it 5 stars.
