Cannot Drag Widgets

I am trying to setup some widgets so that I can make things easier to view and it is a must have for this website however as soon as I go to the widgets I cannot drag them. I do get the changed cursor indicating that I should be able to but I cannot physically drag them.

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Twenty – Eleven will allow me to drag them and use them btw.
