cannot edit a question

Sorry to say this, but the latest update is below par.

This time it’s the issue with editing new questions.
1. I create a quiz
2. I create a page
3. I add a new question
4. the new question appears
but there is no way to edit it. It just does nothing, or almost nothing. Some little toggle appears below the question but nothing else.
