Cannot edit appearance of share buttons

I cannot seem to edit the appearance of the share buttons to make them round, or to place the share count above the buttons. I noticed in the screenshot there is supposed to be a section with a green ‘Edit’ buttons that allows you to do these commands but I can’t find anything that even remotely looks like this. I have scoured the settings and still can’t seem to find anything.
I would greatly appreciate any help with this!
