Cannot Edit Blog Page Layout

    Greetings- I have been using the Free version of Neve for about 6 months and am very happy with it. The one issue that I have been having is that I cannot seem to edit the layout of the blog page. I would like to place a seperator at the bottom of the page and and ad banner using the plugin called Random Content near the top of the page just below the title so that this page will be consistent with the rest of my site. Will upgrading to the Pro version of Neve allow me to do this?
