WRONG Confirmation Form

    When users sign up to download my report on WordPress, they get a confirmation form that is not available to me in MailChimp for editing. The one I DO see in MailChimp has been edited but it is not the one users are being sent.

    I tried turning of the double opt-in in WordPress, and turning on in MC, but then they get nothing at all.

    Hi,

    When using our plugin double opt-in is set from our form settings. The plugin does not follow the settings for MailChimp embedded forms.

    I’m not sure if you can change the opt-in email, maybe you can ask MailChimp about that direly, as they are sending out that email, not our plugin:

    If you have our Premium add-on than you can also send an email via our plugin.

    We support lists and interest groups, you can insert them into your form with the button above the form editor in the plugin.
