Cannot edit Cookie Banner

    Hi, I have 2 websites using Complianz GDPR/CCPA plugin and I am unable on both of them to edit Cookie banner. When I try to enter “Complianz > Cookie banner” in backend, I am getting error “ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS”.

    Can you please help me?

    Hi @samuel222,

    I’d recommend to start by checking whether the issue is resolved when Complianz is the only activated plugin on the website, which would tell you if one of your other tools is related to this behavior.

    It could be that you have another plugin or custom code snippet activated on the site that causes this behavior when visiting the Complianz pages in the back-end.
