Cannot edit elements such as image grid, image slider

  • I am unable to edit any of the image grids / image sliders on our site (mercyedu.org). When I click to edit, the edit box opens but it is blank. Thank you if you can help!

    Are you using some sort of commercial theme or plugin for editing of some sort? I’d suggest deactivating all of that. Switching to a default theme and seeing if that helps alleviate the issue.
