    Here’s what’s happening

    • I go into the back end to edit a form.
    • After clicking, I see the form but it has the same styling as our homepage instead of the usual interface; all fonts change in the entire screen, including the WP interface itself, and buttons change to be styled like on our homepage.
    • I cannot edit any of the text or press any buttons.
    • After a few seconds, it redirects itself to the homepage instead of letting me edit the form.

We haven’t touched the forms in some time and I cannot figure out if it’s related to another plugin or not. This isn’t happening on our staging site, which is up to date.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi, zgomez, I’m another Contact Form 7 user.

Please try using the “Health Check” plugin to diagnose the issue: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/.

In the troubleshooting tab, you can disable all plugins and have the theme changed while logged in; visitors will see the website as if the plugin(s) and/or theme wasn’t changed.

Please try deactivating plugins (besides Contact Form 7) to determine if plugin(s) and/or theme(s) are causing your issue.

@plantprogrammer Thank you, that was helpful! I did identify the plugin causing this, “Contact Form 7 to API” which looks like it may have been abandoned and removed from the plugin store. I will have to figure out if we can fix it or if we need to find a different solution.
