    Hi Kelly,

Sorry for the slow response. Just clear your browsers cache and it will solve the issue. You’ll be able to edit the forms.

    Hi Tmontg1,

I’m having the same issue as the original poster. I’ve cleared my cache and tried FF, Chrome, and IE and to no avail. I cannot edit forms that have been already created nor can I create new forms in the editor. I’m using WordPress 3.8.

I reached out to JotForm support about this and they said that users must be logged into JotForm while using the plugin or some features won’t work.

Please verify you’re logged in to Jotform while making edits. You can login to JotForm via the plugin. If things still aren’t working double check by going to the jotform website, logging in, then going back to the WordPress plugin.

If you don’t mind, report your findings here after giving it a shot.

Yes, that did the trick – I didn’t know that one needed to be signed into jotform in order to edit forms.

    Thanks!
