    Hi there,
    I have installed the plugins (“All Access” paid version), set up the ads and also Ad Groups. Now when I want to edit the groups just nothing happens when I click on “edit” (below the Group name). The same when I click on “usage”. Only when I click on “Delete” – this works and the group is deleted.

    Any advice where this problem could lie?

    (I haven’t placed the groups on the website yet, because I cannot configure them correctly)

    thanks for reaching out.

    As a customer of Advanced Ads I would kindly ask you to reach out directly through our customer support since this forum is for help with the free plugin only.

    You could already test one thing before contacting us directly: Please disable any of our add-ons and test with the base version of Advanced Ads only. Then let me know in your email if that changes anything.

    I did open a ticket but did not receive a confirmation email. So I am not sure if the sending of the ticket form went through. Did you receive anything?

    One more thing to add:
    I used “Health Check & Troubleshooting”-Plugin to switch to Troubleshoot-Mode. Then I enabled only Advanced Ads Plugin (everything else disabled). Still could not edit the Groups.
