Cannot edit or create widgets

    Hi, I need your help because ?i can’t edit or create new widgets on my wordpress page. There are some widgets that are already created that have some elements like the Footer of the pages, but when I try to check those elements in the Appearence>Widgets section, the Footer seem not to have any element. Furthermore, I can’t edit this widget

    You can add/edit widgets either by going to Appearance > Widgets or Customizer > Widgets. I tried adding some Footer widgets and it worked as expected in my case -> https://vertis.d.pr/i/LAGGZd.

    If the issue persists, please share some screenshots or a video with the settings used and the frontend result and we’ll be happy to help.
