cannot edit pages or events

Hi, firstly a bit of feedback for the WordPress people, it has taken me 20 minutes just to figure out how to even post in these forums. It’s not user friendly can you please sort that out? Thanks.

Ok, the actual problem. I’ve been through other posts about this and can’t find the answer to my question.

I can log into the editor on my site and see the backend page that needs editing, but whenever I click on the bars labeled ‘text’ or ‘testimonials’ etc they won’t open. So I’m unable to access what’s inside and edit them. I’ve tried using different browsers, clearing cache etc and nothing is working.

Would so appreciate help on this!
