    Hi,

I have a problem with Sitewide Pages Plugin. When I publish a post, it is displayed correctly. But the problem comes when I try to edit it. No changes are saved. So there is no way to edit a post once it is published. It is not a problem of user privileges as I tested it publishing as superadmin admin, editor, author… No way. it is not working. The only way for the posts to be edited is disabling the plugin.

In case you′d like to have a look to the web (multisite with subdirectories) here is it: galakia.com (btw, still trying to figure out how to change the code in the templates for the thumbnails (from posts published in the subdirectories e.g. galakia.com/cultura) to be displayed on the Home page of the main domain).

Anyone can help me? Thank you a lot for your help in advance.

That sounds like you have a script error in the post edit screen. Check your javascript console in your browser.

    Hi,

I already did it. I double checked it with different browsers, and asked some friends to login (different IPs) and tried to edit an article. The only way for us to edit an article is disabling this plugin. Could you please help us? Thank you very much!

Try disabling all your other plugins. There isn’t anything in SWT that prevents you from editing posts.

    Hi Ron,

I already did this. It was the first thing I tried before posting here. I disabled all the plugins and then tested one by one, double-checking the editing issue. The error only happened when I enabled SWT. Could it be a kind of compatibility issue with the theme?

Try changing the theme to one of the default Twenty* themes.

    Hi, Ron!

Thanks a lot for your support. I already did that this early morning and then I realized that my theme (Ciola, a Premium theme from Cubell) has some extra options on the Edition Page that probably are not compatible with SWT plugin.

I tried with Twenty-Fourteen and there was no problem editing the article. So it is the theme and some of its options. E.g. If I chose a style for the picture (there are 4 options), once published there is no way to change it. Or if I forgot to match the option for the post to be displayed on the grid of the Home page… no way to edit it to change it. There are over 8 extra editing options I cannot use once a post is published. So the conclusion is that the theme I am using is not SWT friendly, at least not entirely.
Another thing is showing the pictures on the main subdomain from the subdirectories… I am still figuring out how (I tried everything but I hope to find a solution…). Anyway, I know this is not the thread to talk about this.

Thanks a lot, Ron. In this case, it was me and my super lovely but not entirely SWT friendly theme.
