    Hello,

    I’m having problem with editing the product. When I click edit product in /dashboard/products/ page and click to any product, it gives error 404 that page does not exist.

    How to solve this issue?

  • Hi @nijatmursali,

    Please make sure you’ve set the Common Settings permalinks to Post name (/%postname%/) and Product permalinks to default (product/). If you’ve already selected as above but still have the error, then click on the Save Changes button for flushing the permalinks.

    the settings are like that, but it still gives error when editing the page. I saved changes once more, but still

    Hello @nijatmursali,

    You need to make a little adjustment the permalink for the Product should be /product/. Kindly follow this tutorial and let me know the update.

    i have some problem,
    vendors after edit the products from dashboard,cant save changes.only website admin can edit the products,please help

    First of all, make sure you have the correct permalink structure as this guideline: https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/common-questions/404-page-not-found-error/

    If you are using Dokan Pro check if you have vendor subscription enabled & if the vendor has subscribed to a plan.

    If the problem persists, share more details on what happens when a vendor tries to edit a product in a new thread.

    I am having a similar issue. Vendors can not edit their products via Vendor Dashboard. The URL structure is like this “site-URL/dashboard/products/?product_id=4918&action=edit”
    It gives “Error updating product data”

    I am using Dokan Pro v3.2.9
    I have also done the permalink setting stuff but no improvement.
